Are you our new Senior Account Exec? 

Role description

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running. You’re confident in managing client relationships, understanding and interpreting their needs, and you have a strong background in managing campaigns and keeping momentum up on projects . With training and mentoring, you'll handle budgets and manage campaign costs. Working closely with our account team and agency leadership, you’ll develop account strategies, and create and track project milestones – liaising with our creative studio team at every step of the project delivery process.

You’ll be heavily involved in the content production process which means you’ll be translating client needs into written briefs for our copywriters, designers, and other associates. And you’ll be adept at proofreading, editing, and reviewing copy and artwork for your client projects.

You have amazing attention to detail (can you spot a double space at twenty paces?), you thrive in a busy environment running multiple projects concurrently. You have a questioning mind and are a creative thinker.

Using marketing automation (HubSpot preferably), project management software, and other martech solutions is already second nature to you.

Qualifications

  • You’ll have a recognised marketing qualification: a Marketing degree, a CIM/IDM/DMA diploma or have completed at least a level 4 apprenticeship (this is non-negotiable)
  • You’ll have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role
  • Marketing / creative agency experience is preferred
  • Superb communication skills
  • Commercial awareness

Location

The role is remote, but you’ll be required to attend 2+ team days per month in or around the Berkshire/Surrey/Hampshire area.
